Estate of the 14th century surrounded by a high stonewall with chapel, pergola, olive- orange-lemon and figtrees, pomegranates ... in the heart of the mythical Negroamaro. Passing two gates you are reaching a large scale courtyard with historical buildings and wonderful gardens. Loft-like and light-flooded apartment (approx. 85m2) with terrace and its own staircase available on the upper floor. This consists of 1 bedroom (with double bed), 1 little bathroom (without bidet) and an open kitchen with baroque fireplace and adjoining living/dining area (cross vaulted ceilings) with pull-out sofa, suitable for another 2 guests. In the courtyard other two bathrooms, washing machine and barbecue. Please note: no WLAN, but mobile phone reception P.S.1 There is another large scale planned and gently renovated flat, 95qm on the first floor with well equipped kitchen/diningroom with fireplace and terrace, two sleeping-rooms with separate entrances and a little bathroom (without bidet). Our stay was more than amazing. Such a peaceful place! The most amazing historical home and the photos really don’t do it justice. Fruit trees everywhere, surrounded by miles of grapes. If you are looking for a peaceful, inspirational place to be centrally located in Puglia by car, I cannot recommend this place enough! The kitchen was wonderful, bathroom was clean, the light in this place is so great, the grounds are beautiful… we hope to be back. Please note - no WiFi, but cell service was good. Stays cool in the heat without needing AC, but can get chilly at night off-season (more blankets would have been appreciated).
il signor Giovanni è davvero estremamente gentile , sempre sorridente e molto disponibile e cordiale, la masseria è immersa nel verde della campagna salentina, vanno sottolineate delle cose nella settimana di ferragosto non si necessita di utilizzare il condizionatore in quanto si dorme benissimo con aria pulita che tira in abbondanza (vista l'altezza degli appartamenti) non abbiamo avuto episodi estremamente spiacevoli con insetti e vari nonostante la campagna, ci sono zanzariere ovunque, i tramonti sono veramente suggestivi dalla casa, gli ambienti sono spaziosi e puliti molto apprezzabile il parcheggio interno e la cura con cui soni tenute le varie coltivazioni, ulivi,fichi peperoncini e quant'altro di stagionale. la posizione è buona si raggiunge in 20 minuti il mare (porto cesareo/ torre lapillo/punta prosciutto) o lecce lo consigliamo come punto per spostarsi e vedere un Po tutto il salento l'unico consiglio che sentiamo di dare è quello di automatizzare i cancelli
Wir lieben es und kommen immer wieder, die Ruhe und Schönheit dieses Ortes ist so besonders. Klara und Giovanni sind die liebsten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann. Es ist alles da was man und man braucht hier nicht viel - der Strand und das Meer sind ein Traum. Danke für alles alla prossima!
"Die Masseria" ist eine wahres Kleinod an Schönheit, Ruhe und Frieden. Man ist mitten in der Natur im besten Sinne. Das Apartement ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, und perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt einem an nichts. Der Kontakt zu Klara und Giovanni immer sehr herzlich und angenehm. Wir lieben es (Familie mit 2 Kindern 10 und 14) und kommen (immer) wieder!

Situated 2 km away from Guagnano, a small village north-west of Lecce, the enchanting, baroque town of the most southern province of Apulia (Salento), inmidst the vinary region of Salice Salentino, where the antique and prestigious red wine Primitivo and Negroamaro is cultivated. 20 km close to the beautiful coastlines of the Ionion and Adriatic sea.
Activities: sight-seeing, swimming, surfing, biking, sailing, fishing, diving.
Coming by car from Lecce: take the streets SS16 and SS7ter to Guagnano. Reaching Guagnano choose the street SP104 direction Cellino San Marco.
Coming by train from Lecce: take the train of the company "ferrovie sud est" to Guagnano. The estate is about 2,5 km away from the train station.
The next airport is Brindisi, about 45 km away.

自我介绍
Als ich im Jahre 2003 das erste Mal in diese Gegend gekommen bin, war ich gleich so begeistert, dass ich mir hier eine Beschäftigung gesucht habe. Ich liebe historische Gemäuer und so hat sich ergeben, dass ich Giovanni bei der Renovierung seines wunderschönen Gutshofes (Masseria) in Guagnano unterstützen konnte. Seit der Fertigstellung kümmere ich mich um dessen Vermietung, während Giovanni mit seiner Familie die Gäste vor Ort betreut.
