Perfect place to stay in Ninh Binh. The room was clean and spacious. Huong and his wife are kind and their food is delicious. They offer good services with good price. We spent a great time there. Even the dog is very cute.

This is a basic old residential property with very basic big room and bathroom. They have a small Orchard near the guest rooms which is nice. Finding grab here is tricky as it's a residential area so scooty is needed. Good for budget travellers, layovers... The Host is nice but due to language Barrier he was unable to help with the address at 4.30am (it was wrong, grab didn't pick up).

Huong et sa femme ont été de très bons hôtes ! Extrêmement accueillants, gentils, de bons conseils, et toujours attentifs à nos besoins, ce qui est très appréciable :) Huong nous a même permis d’arriver très tôt le matin après notre bus de nuit, et nous a accueilli avec un jus de passion bien chaud. La chambre est très grande et propre. Vous avez aussi la possibilité de louer des scooters directement auprès de lui (beaucoup plus facile pour faire le tour de la ville). Ce fut une belle expérience!

The room is clean and huge with amazing wifi for meetings. The room is also facing a beautiful fruit garden with a few puppies running around. Unfortunately there is quite some noise in the morning and as its located next to the highways, you can hear trucks all the time. The host are very friendly and kind. Their food is amazing. Must try. Much better value and more delicious than the restaurants outside. As the homestay is located to a low key area, there are not many restaurants nearby. A drive to tam cuc is about 15 mins for all the amenities. You can rent your motorbike for good price here. I enjoy my stay and the kindness of the hosting family.

Huong's place was great. Private guest house in their garden, only 5-10 mins away from the famous Ninh Binh river trips. Even provided some free passion fruit juice upon arriving (so good). Only downside was the noisy road it's next to, although you can't beat it for the price. The restaurant nearby is worth checking out too.
