Ideal location. Lots of space inside and outside. Loads of kitchen utensils for cooking etc. The groundsman was there for a few hours on both days of our stay which was a little strange, cutting the grass etc.

Unfortuanately our stay in this house was not enjoyable, mainly because 2 factors: the house was very run down, dirty and the help/communication from the host (Belvilla) was extremely poor. After the first night I informed the host that the house was dirty and cold, no heating was working upon the arrival and at night - with average temperature being around 13-14 degrees Celsius. I wrote a message and called several times as we wanted to check-out or be swapped to another house nearby. However the host never replied to my messages/calls. We had no option than to stay until the end of the booking period. The host never bothered to reply/call back during the 3 night stay and only after we checked out I received a message saying “hopefully we enjoyed the holidays” I found this very insulting. Definitely the worst customer service we have experienced in a very long time. As mentioned before the house was very run down and dirty, including stained bedding and sticky dishes. Nothing from the “entertainment” was in working order besides jacuzzi/sauna (the jacuzzi room smelled strongly of mould and chlorine). We allowed our kids to go to jacuzzi which was the biggest mistake because 5 out of 6 kids ended having a rash. These were just some of the main things that went wrong at this house; bottom line is that the house was in a bad state and most importantly we were let down by the host. Definitely never staying in any of the properties managed by Belvilla. Extremely disappointed.
