This is my second time staying at The Giraffe House, and each time I want to stay an extra day as it is such a peaceful, cosy place to escape from the world! Michele is a lovely and really accommodating host, and quick to respond to messages. She provided me with vegan(!) Croissants and soy milk, and also helped me hose down my wheelchair after a particularly muddy outing! She has also been flexible about check in and check out times, which is something I find very helpful. The location is great for driving and sight seeing - you are half an hour from Pendle Hill, but there are other places to explore within a 10 minute drive. It is a great, cosy, accessible airbnb with perfect vibes, which is a rare find, and I definitely recommend! I plan to go back again soon!

We recently stayed at giraffe house with our dogs and we had a wonderful stay. We were met by Michele who was really friendly and she explained everything we needed to know for our stay. The giraffe house itself was a very peaceful and quiet space and always really cosy and warm with lots of really thoughtful extras, such as, welcome treats for the dogs, lots of milk, tea, cereals, juice and coffee capsules. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought and care into the giraffe house, as there are lots of really nice touches, such as usb ports on both sides of the bed, touch button velux blinds, underfloor heating, Apple TV etc. There is also a public park literally 1 minute walk away, which was great for early morning/late night walk with the dogs. We will definitely stay again and would highly recommend staying here to anyone.
