Ok...since Belvilla won't stop to annoy me with automatic messages that I should write something....here we go! Since there was an error, Belvilla denied to my host, that any payment from my side to AirBnB or from AirBnB to Belvilla had taken place, so my host , Mrs. Becker, kindly took me in without hesitation, despite the fact that her contractpartner Belvilla told her that she wont be paid by them, since there was no reservation for me in their system. Of course ...I already had paid the money weeks in advance and it hadn't been refunded and the automatic robotanswering from Belvilla gave me all Infos and the address and so on, indicating I had this reservation. In the end I had to pay TWICE...and am now trying to... recoup. Belvilla? Never again FeWo Becker? Top!
