Sitting softly yet proudly on Ramindjeri land, the Riverhouse is exclusive, luxe, spacious and absolute riverfront. Private jetty, wood heater and the most incredible views - we have your next getaway covered. There's not much we've forgotten. Spend you days exploring the glorious Fleurieu Peninsula, the wineries, cafes, water life and history, then come home and nestle in – light the wood fire, cozy up, and enjoy all the Riverhouse has to offer. Comprising of four bedrooms, we accommodate up to eight people under one roof, all sleeping in luxuriously appointed bedrooms. Our Master Suite includes a cloud like King Sized bed, your own ensuite bathroom, and a large wardrobe with tons of hanging space. The bedroom is air conditioned for maximum comfort. The balcony has a bistro setting and lounges to enjoy your Nespresso coffee in the morning, whilst soaking in those 180 degree views of the riverfront. Downstairs there are a further three bedrooms, two more bathrooms, laundry and living area. Bedroom two is our second Master Suite, including a King Sized bed, with ceiling fan and heater for maximum comfort. You also have the luxury of your own ensuite, and plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe. Bedroom three houses a Queen Sized bed, ceiling fan & heater for comfort and a travel cot for the little tots. There is also a wardrobe for you to unpack and unwind during your stay. Bedroom four is a children’s oasis, with two single beds (yay for sleepovers), a ceiling fan and wardrobe. The home spans over two storeys, which allows both the adults and kids to enjoy their own space. The downstairs living area includes a smart TV, DVD player and plenty of DVD’s to comb through. Playing cards, jigsaw puzzles, board games – you might find yourself wandering downstairs too! The parent’s oasis upstairs has been carefully thought about, to ensure you receive all that is required for a restful holiday. Multiple balconies with beautiful outdoor furniture, a bar fridge and a family sized WeberQ BBQ. The living area is luxe, including leather sofa, comfy chairs and a beautiful combustion wood fire, all watching the riverfront. Massage chair, Netflix and chill – shut your eyes and smile. The kitchen comprises of both a stovetop and oven, full size fridge, and all kitchenware needed to cook up a storm. At the end of the feast, pop it all in the dishwasher and worry about it in the morning. We know what is important, so we have provided a fabulous coffee station including coffee pods for the Nespresso, hot chocolate and marshmallows. The yards are expansive, lawned and lush, with plenty of space for the kids to run around barefoot and enjoy a game of soccer, cricket, footy – they can take their pick! Whilst you relax with a glass of McLaren Vale wine in the hammock. The private jetty is yours to enjoy, bring your ski boat, sailing boat, dinghies or jet skis. The jetty is an L-shaped one, approx. 15 meters long with a 5m leg. The jetty will house a vessel up to 8 meters. We have supplied loads of fun for you, including bikes, paddle board, kayak, balls, toys, fishing tackle and rod – go on, catch some dinner!
