Helena è una ottima Hostess, molto gentile e cordiale. Il suo appartamento è sempre molto pulito e in ordine. Helena è sempre molto disponibile per eventuali problemi, per darvi informazioni su sciaffusa e le possibili attivita da fare. Se vi piace nuotare, il Jazz o il canottaggio avrete sicuramente molto di cui parlare con Helena.

The room is nice and very close to the train station, river and a small super market. The host was quite and even though she stays at the apartment, she has a separate floor for herself. Additionally, everything is very well organized. Regarding the cleanliness, I have my concerns. My own sponge, bedsheet etc were useful in the end. Some minor things (e.g. hair dryer) were not really working as expected and some other things were not so easy as (e.g. mopping, I had to squat, take the towel and squish the water out of it). It is noteworthy, that things were quite misleading from the very beginning. For example, at Airbnb two rooms with their own private bathroom were advertised, but in reality there is a shared bathroom. Even though I was promised that the other room would not be rented out during my stay, we had to discuss again and again and find a common solution when another person wanted the other room. Another example is that the host had texted me prior to my arrival, when I asked her, that she was not much into rules. During my time there I had to follow several rules though. In case of any disagreement, I would advise you to go with an Airbnb refund rather than making agreements. Finally, even though I wanted to stay more, in the end I preferred to go to another Airbnb.

Helena is een super lieve gastvrouw en ze zorgde ook ervoor dat we ons thuis voelde! Geweldige ervaring gehad hier in Zwitserland dankzij haar! Daarnaast weet ze super veel over Zwitserland en de plekjes waar je naar toe moet gaan. Wij komen hier heel graag snel terug!

Helena ist eine sympathische Gastgeberin. Das Bad und die lichtvolle Küche können mit genutzt werden. Das Zimmer ist für praktische Übernachtungen ausgelegt, das Bett und die Liegecouch sind gemütlich. Das einzige Manko für Geräusch-Empfindliche: Die Straßenlage macht sich bei offenem Fenster deutlich bemerkbar.
