Ortensia is a delightful woman with an impressive past who speaks so many languages! She kindly picked me up from the train station and took me and all of my things to the apartment, which is perfectly located right across from the beach!! What really stood out is how everything seemed to be perfectly thought through - no matter what I was cooking or organizing, the tools I needed were there! Amazing! The internet was fast, the kitchen was stocked and the energy was good! I super recommend this place for both a short or long stay in Rimini. I'll definitely be back!!

Siamo stati come a casa...la Signora Ortensia è stata squisita,ci ha accolto dandoci consigli anche sui dintorni...appartamento pulitissmo e completo..che dire un'esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

Merci à Ortensia pour son très bon accueil, ses supers conseils de visite et de restaurants. Elle a toujours été disponible. Elle parle très bien français ce qui est bien pratique. L'appartement est très bien situé, une route à traverser pour accéder à la plage. Nombreux commerces à proximité. On entend un peu le portail de l'entrée lorsqu'il s'ouvre. Le parking est sécurisé et c'est très appréciable d'avoir une place de parking réservée.

Ortensia was very friendly and familiar. she helped us in all what we needed. the Appartement was in a perfect Position very near to the beach and to the centrum. the Appartement was very clean and Big enough for us (3 Person and a little dog) Ortensia welcomed us so friendly and she give us a lot of ideas. absolutely best decission to take this Appartement and we can recommend it to everyone. Big thanks to Ortensia for all.
