We stayed at Sarah's place for our annual Silverwood trip. It was the perfect size for our group of 6! We were impressed the moment we walked into this condo. It was clean, spacious, beautifully furnished with everything we needed, plus plenty of extra blankets and towels. The condo is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and City Beach. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive and we appreciated every thoughtful little touch. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We would absolutely stay again for our trip next year!

We loved our stay in Sarah’s beautiful condo! All the special touches - good coffee, comfortable beds, extra pillows, laundry hampers, plastic food storage for packing lunches, makeup wipes - made us feel right at home. Loved the view of the water and the pool. Easy walk to town and close to boat launch. We hope to return!

Found this place and fell in love with the location and the amenities available to us. I've been coming out to Sandpoint for years and always knew of this place existence just never booked. We are a blended family of 6. The condo had amazing loft with 2 beds for my gf 2 youngest boys, separated bedroom for her oldest who loved having his own bathroom. My daughter had her own pull out coch and area and off course the Master was amazing. Loved the kitchen and had everything we needed. Loved the availability of the bbqs and cooking. The pool was a huge hit and there were noodles to play I'm the pool. We used the tennis rackets played tennis was amazing. We were there 5 days but so much more to do that we didn't like bike ride, play basketball. Access to the lake was amazing as well. Easy access to hit 95 and head 26 mins to Silverwood, we spent 3 days there loved it. Last time in sandpoint was 4 years ago, it has changed but still beautiful with so much 2 do & explore. Maximized my words!

Sarah was a great host. Location and access to downtown and the festival was ideal. We would definitely stay again.
