I had a very positive experience at Craig & Samantha's place. It's a warm, spacious apartment replete with amenities and was excellent value when compared to nearby listings. Samantha was an attentive and responsive host. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Very convenient near the motorway. Thank you for putting heating on so it was warm when we arrived. The beds were not very comfortable so that might be worth looking at. Might be worth warning people about the post in the driveway.... I hit it!
A nice tidy apartment and good base from which to explore Dunedin.
Stayed before, great spot for me. Love the coffee machine and quiet ambiance (except upstairs:(. But it’s a great place overall very clean and convenient to the Green Island shops etc.
