小区很漂亮舒适，房子也非常干净，和图片上一摸一样，唯一不喜欢的地方就是不适合做饭，油烟很难排出去，做饭之后油烟味很重，不过房子的其他真的非常完美！

Очень большие, чистые и красивые апартаменты. Все необходимое было в наличии. Арендовали на 9 дней, через 4 дня была уборка и замена полотенец и постельного белья. Рядом с жк есть несколько кафешек и продуктовый магазин. До пляжа наянг примерно 10-15 минут пешком. До аэропорта 6-8 мин на машине. До пляжа с самолетами можно дойти по берегу минут за 30-40.

Отличная, чистая квартира, близко к морю. Иногда не работал лифт, приходилось подниматься пешком, но его чинили в течение суток.

This apartment was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, really good aircon and it had a homely feel. The beds were really comfortable. There were a few pools to choose from, all had plenty of shade and were spotlessly clean. The lift was clean and easy to use. The owners made us aware that there was building locally. It was a bit of a shame to be overlooking building work on a neighbouring resort but it was fantastic to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants for early morning swims and beautiful sunsets.

Don't let these details put you off. If we were in the area again we would book here. We know the area and wanted to make our own way there but checking in after 19.00 requires use of their taxi contacts. It is annoying to pay B500 for a B200 trip. The apartment is deep inside what will be a Mega Complex of thousands of people/condos when the construction work is finished. It is a hot and sweaty 20 minute walk to the beach and Nai Yang restaurants and shops from the apartment. There are a LOT of children in the condos. Very functional apartment. Not very good quality mattresses. Nothing the hosts can do about all the noise, its masses of screaming children, "Call to Prayers" starts at the local mosque at 5.25am and the building itself has noisy rumble every few seconds in both beds The WiFi is not fast but it works. The Host is a group. The few issues we had were resolved. Their anonymity is frustrating After a 20 hour flight I want to just phone a real person on a real phone number
