Overall I liked this place. Clean, *extremely* comfortable bed, right above the Crafty Canary, which has great food, and the common kitchen was well stocked. It met all my needs and I slept well. That bed was amazing. Highly recommend the Craft Canary for food and drinks, and the Museum of Friends if you’re interested in quirky art. A few caveats. 1) if you have mobility issues, this isn’t the place for you. It’s on the second floor, no lift, so you need to use stairs and be able to schlepp your belongs up. Not a problem for me, might be an issue for some. 2). There is way more traffic/traffic noise than I expected. If you are bothered by noise, bring ear plugs. 3). The listing says “free parking on premises” but in the check in instructions, I was instructed to park on 5th street. Again, not a big deal, but I feel the listing implies a parking spot in a parking lot or private parking area, rather than simply street parking.
