Knus huisje, fijne host, fijne tuin, douche/toilet erg basic. Lokatie is leuk en dichtbij het strand. We mochten hun eigen fietsen lenen.

We had lovely and relaxing holidays in this beautiful house. Susan is a very warm-hearted person, who did everything to make sure we had a nice stay. She was also helpful with advices. We were happy that we could use her bikes. The beach is reachable in about 15min by bike and there are nice bike paths. The living room and dining area are spacious, whereas the rooms and bathroom on the 1st floor are rather simple but functional. The garden is cosy and invites with the trampoline also to relax and to be. We would love to book Susan's house again.

Very friendly and reactive hosts, fully equipped kitchen, nice living space and garden. We had a great time at nearby Castricum beach and in the area. Would book this again.

We really enjoyed our summer holiday in the house of Susan. Our son (5 years old) was extremely enthusiastic about the many toys that were available inside and outside. We were also very happy about the three available bicycles, which were very useful for the trip to the beach (about 10-15 minutes drive). The WLAN worked perfectly and it would have had a TV screen with Netflix, but we weren't really in the mood to watch TV. The toilet is very small (ground floor) and the bathroom (1st floor) is simple and functional. But it's very practical when you come home with sandy feet from the beach. The furnishings were ideal for us (2 adults and 1 child) and we can well imagine spending another holiday in Susan's lovely and quiet house in Castricum.
