The place is super nice! The area is also great and close to pretty much everything you’d want to do/see. Jose is also very responsive and helpful about any questions you might have. Recommend!

Great location on 6th floor. Nice view of condado (no beach view), but walking distance to condado beach and shops.. Has parking in basement for one car. Apartment was modern and super clean! TV in living room and bedroom is a plus! We stayed one night so didn’t use kitchen. Checking-in was a bit of a task but Jose gave very detailed instructions. Only complaint would be there is a large loud fan across the street you can hear from the bedroom if you don’t close bathroom door. It just sounded like a bathroom fan was left on.
