Good cozy location. Restaurants were walkable and bus routes easily accessible. Mark the host was easy to reach out to and friendly.

Very enjoyable stay at Marks place, great accessible location in a nice area. Mark was very friendly and a great host. Would definitely recommend this place if staying in Vancouver for a weekend!!!!!

Me alojé una semana en el apartamento de Mark. tuve el placer de conocerlo a mi llegada. es muy simpático y amable y hace todo lo posible para que estés bien. muy atento. El apartamento es tal como se describe está muy limpio y tienes todo lo que necesitas. muy buena ducha y toallas suaves y frescas. Está en un barrio muy tranquilo y es estupendo poder descansar después de un largo día disfrutando de Vancouver sin ruidos molestos. En la casa de Mark tienes total privacidad. Si vuelvo a Vancouver y su propiedad está libre volvería con toda seguridad. Gracias Mark por toda tu amabilidad

Mark was a superb host and communicated well. The place was clean, organized, peaceful and provided all the necessary amenities.

This place is as described, I booked it for my parents. There was a lot of noise from upstairs until after midnight, and the place is very small! They said the bed was pretty hard. It’s a bit odd also that you can’t flush toilet paper. The location is great, and for Vancouver the price is alright! The host seems kind and communicates well!
