It was a good price for the quality. Definitely an older property. We had some issues with the lights that we just had to deal with. Good location. Floors are not flat, so be careful if you’re older or not steady on your feet.

This condo has a stellar location and is priced well. It is 2 blocks from the beach and a few blocks off Asbury Ave with all their shops and resturaunts. We booked the weekend right after Labor Day and enjoyed less crowds and traffic. We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck with cocktails and conversation in the evenings. The area was quiet at night. Bugs were present on the back deck, but minimal. Joe provided OFF. The condo is well stocked with dishes, glasses and almost everything you could think of. I needed a place with off street parking and this had it. Note to travelers. If you like kcups, coffee or tea bring it. It is not provided. We also brought our linens, towels and some pillows from home. Joe was EXTREMELY responsive to any question we had. Last note, I have rented a few places where guests are instructed to use the electronic coded lock with 50% success. Joe's lock worked perfectly so, that was convenient and cool. Thank you!
