Great place for 2 adults wanting to rewind in nature and peace - or with elder kids. Beautiful bungalows, great staff, super helpful. The place itself is remote and beautiful. Great fishing activity for the kids around. we do not recommend if you have toddlers. Also please note there is no wifi available, and no pool.

Quite possibly our best AirBnb experience! I took my husband, my sister and her teenage son, and my septuagenarian parents (who, in their elderly age, still want to be adventurous and travel everywhere) to Galalima and we had an amazing family weekend. Yes, it's a trek from the bustling south Bali, but you are rewarded with a serene hillside retreat, surrounded by the luxury of unspoilt nature, stylish tent with great Harman/Kardon speakers, scrumptious shower/body products, fluffy towels and a shower with proper water pressure. We had our own private waterfall, where we'd cool off during hot days. The couch swing was where we'd relax post-dinner, or for daydreaming post-lunch. The food is yummy, lovingly prepared and beautifully plated. Every night we had a bonfire. Yudith and her husband, Wiz, and their staff took great care of us, taking us to see coconut oil being pressed, to a breathtaking sunset spot, and when my dad became unwell at the end of our stay, taking care of him. My husband and I would definitely come back for another introvert couple weekend. Thank you!
