The apartment looked nice when we first got there, but smelled like someone had recently smoked inside. The smell hung very heavily in the air, despite the fact that there was a "no smoking" sign in the entryway. The beds were made, but the bathtub looked really dirty. I tried to clean it and couldn't clean it properly. We ended up leaving our reservation within two days because the apartment is on the city's hot water system, which was undergoing repairs. Since the host advertises having hot water, they should have at least checked to see that the city's hot water system had been un-operational for at least two weeks preceding our reservation and would be out until at least September 17th. The host was responsive and offered to get us an electric water heater in two to three days. We promptly left. Apartments can only be expected to be modernized to a point, but hot water is an essential. The evidence of recent smoking, to me, indicated sub-standard maintenance of the property as well. If it "wasn't noticed" during cleaning... that's even worse. Not to be too negative, the host is very responsive and nice, there were no negative words or hard feelings. Apart from the hot water, the apartment has the listed amenities, washing machine, dishwasher, working AC units, coffee maker, bread toaster, etc.

Great place to stay. Keyless entry with clean and large space. The host was very helpful on all the questions raised. Everything was perfect. Will book again in the future.

Great location, at walking distance to Constanta beaches and the city center. Suitable for traveling with kids.

Geraümige Wohnung sauber, gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, besonders die Küche. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Strand nicht weit, Zugang aber durch viele Treppen. Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber...vielen Dank.
