We had the most amazing time at Princess Alexia. It truly was the perfect home for our family trip to St. Martin. Julie was incredible communicative and helpful leading up to and upon arrival, where we were met by Fred who got us settled and feeling right at home immediately. The house itself exceeded expectations, was absolutely pristinely clean, and had every amenity we could have desired. The location directly on the beach made for amazing nights on the patio listening to the waves as we relaxed or had a meal. The indoor/outdoor experience with the open doors made for the most comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect for walking to a beach club or restaurants and bakeries, which we did daily! We definitely can’t recommend this rental enough & cannot wait to return! Beau séjour du nouvel an à la baie orientale. Tout ce que nous avions besoin. Les hôtes nous ont gâté à notre arrivée ainsi que pendant le séjour ( champagne et foie gras à l’arrivée, billets gratuits pour les festivités du nouvel an dans les beach clubs avoisinants). Fred, notre manager, répondait rapidement à nos questions par sms. Tout était parfait!

Julie was responsive prior to our trip , Fred was our personal contact and he was great. Friendly, informative and helpful. The place was as advertised and we had a great week. This was my 1st time using a ABnB , I would do it again , hopefully all are the same wonderful experience Thanks Fred and Julie !!

Location was perfect with amazing views. Was even better then described or what the pictures show. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Close to everything. We will definitely be back!
