We stayed for 2 days It was a peaceful stay with good surroundings and a view of the beach on the 17th floor it was pleasant near to the railway station and easy access to mall restaurants a small drawback drinking water is not there apart from that it's a best friendly stay and the caretaker was also helpful and friendly...

Overall it was a great place to live for vacation. but there were some real pros and cons about it. pros : clean property and clean bathroom, clean towel and kitchen, very near to IT campus so there were a lot of restaurants and activities nearby, centre to famous beach spots , varkala, jatayu earth center cons : no drinking water provided we have to buy on our own, road to property is under construction so inconvenience to cabs and taxis overall a great place to spend time with family or friends. recommended if okay with the cons.

I had a wonderful time at Kiran’s place. I felt home… the apartment is very comfortable and super clean. The apartment is fully equipped it has everything that you need and more. Very spacious and stylish. The view to the coconut trees of kerala and the beach was breathtaking! Very easy to find, and easy access to taxi. Many walkable restaurants and spas in the area. Also host was extremely responsive and kind with me. Thank you so much. Looking forward to staying there again :) . If you are looking for a peaceful place in a GREAT location, this is your place!

The apartment is centrally located and nearer to the amenities at Trivandrum. The apartment has better facilities by Indian standards. I have booked this place for 8 days , but couldn't stay one day/night due to electricity issues at the apartment. Host was slow to respond and it was fixed ultimately the next day morning and I was without power for 18 hours. Barring the electricity issue I faced, it was a good place to stay.
