Apartamento muito simpático e acolhedor. A anfitriã foi muito prestável e providenciou todas as nossas necessidades. Ótima localização e local bastante seguro e simpático logo em frente à piscina. Tem um barzinho muito simpático logo à saída o que é ótimo para se descontrair e pestiscar algo. Recomendo fortemente em todos os sentidos e se regressar ao Sal concerteza irei voltar a procurar este espaço.

very nice and quiet apartment in a beautiful résidence. close to the center of santa maria, you can walk or go by bike easily. very safe building. apartment super clean, host always here if you need, I recommend. I will come back next year at the same place, for me it was perfect! thank you soussa !

The host was responsive and answered questions promptly. Location was close to the center of Santa Maria. This place is great value and is guarded with security 24 hours.

Diese Wohnung war eine tolle Entscheidung. Es liegt etwa 10 min Zufluss von der Innenstadt entfernt. Der Weg zum zum Strand ist nur 2-3 min. In die unmittelbare Umgebung sind 2 kleine Supermärkte und 3 Restaurants. Die Anlage ist sauber, ruhig und mit einer Mischung vom Langzeittouristen aus aller Welt. Unsere Erdgeschosswohnung war mit 2 separaten Schlafzimmern und je ein Doppelbett ausgestattet, sowie ein geräumiger Wohn-Essbereich. Außerdem fanden wir es toll, dass wir im Bad eine Waschmaschine dazu hatten. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Der Host stand uns während des Aufenthalts zur Verfügung und nach 6 Tagen wurde unsere Bettwäsche gewechselt sowie die Wohnung gereinigt. Alles war im Preis inkludiert. Der Insel ist vom Kriminalität praktisch befreit. Man kann allein oder in einer Gruppe sich zu jederzeit unbeschwert bewegen. Für Frauen ist das auch keine Herausforderung. Die Anlage hat dennoch einem Concierge und wird 24 h bewacht. Wir empfehlen dieser Host gerne weiter.

They had to change the apartment a few days before because of an issue with the one we booked. But the communication was good and they offered us half a refund for the error.
