Excelente localização, espaçoso, limpo. apesar de nao ter aproveitado todo o espaço do Hotel por passar a maior parte do tempo indo aos parques, eles possuem uma boa area de lazer e bons restaurantes. atendimento ótimo. o único ponto negativo eram os cartoes do quarto, que por duas vezes os dois cartoes, meu e de minha esposa, além de 3 pulseiras com chip, pararam de funcionar e precisamos andar até o prédio ao lado para reabilitar o serviço. Mas eu com certeza me hospedaria novamente e ja indiquei a alguns amigos

I placed the reservation with you to go to Bonnett Creek. When I called to confirm the day of, they didn't have my reservation. So, I called AirBNB to let them know the person I spoke to had to call over to Bonnett Creek to see what happened. The gentleman called me back and told me that they sold the room to someone else. He got me to another place, and he was to comp me 2 days for the inconvenience. We get to the other place, and they were Hard Sellers to get me to go on a 90-minute presentation. I didn't have the time but. they kept insisting. I didn't like that. Then they took a $250 incidental amount, I was not informed about that. I still didn't get my credit for that amount. I was so excited to stay at Bonnett Creek because the place was beautiful. The 2nd one was not that great. I don't think I will ever book through a 3rd party again. Too many issues. I am really disappointed that I had to deal with this the day I was to check in. Nobody called me to inform me.

We were moved hotel locations the week of the trip with no notification and with no help from Extra Holidays. I called on to the number so that we could get the situation handled and they told me that there was nothing they could do. We chose the Bonnet Creek location to be near the Disney parks and to use their shuttle service. We were then moved further away to another location that was a 3 star hotel instead of the 4 star hotel and it no longer had a shuttle service. When I called in, the customer service line was very unhelpful and they said they couldn't do anything and that the room was no longer available even though I booked it out months in advance. They also told me that they'd be providing a full refund if I canceled, but then I got the refund 4 days after promised and it was $100 short.
