Phenomenal deal! Great bedrooms with probably the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on. Bathrooms were very nice and clean and had a great shower. The kitchen was nice as well. Perfect location being 150 yds from the beach. Only thing was the parking only had 1 spot per unit. However I will definitely be back, because you cannot beat the price along with the cleanliness and location. 30A does a great job.

Our family truly enjoyed the townhome. The location was fantastic. The unit was very clean when we arrived. Our only issue was the lack of a full size refrigerator. The management company notified us upon arrival the refrigerator was not working. We were vacationing with our large family. Three of us stayed in the Marisol #3 unit and our larger family stayed close by at Redfish. I was responsible for cooking many of the larger meals and it was challenging without the use of a full size refrigerator. The management company provided a small dorm like unit and yes it helped; however, we were limited to what we could store in the small refrigerator. Now, did this inconvenience ruin our vacation, no not at all. I understand with labor shortages and supply chain delays service industries are being challenged. We will book this unit again, the location was perfect. We rode the bikes everyday. If the refrigerator was fully functioning we may have stayed in the unit more, but the bikes made us ride to the ice cream parlor, ride to breakfast, and even to the local grocery for ice.

The townhome is in an amazing location! The layout was also great, but we ran into a couple of issues during our stay. The biggest issue occurred when we attempted to check in. We were supposed to receive the door code by 5PM, but that didn’t happen. I had to call the emergency number and wait for someone to call me back. We had a 9 month old who was cranky so that was less than ideal. The whole scenario caused us to check in about an hour late and we didn’t get anything more than an “I’m sorry.” That was also after they tried to say the code had been sent to us, but it hadn’t because they entered the incorrect phone number in their system. The townhome was mostly clean, but the floors definitely hadn’t been mopped because your feet would be black if you walked around without shoes. Overall, we would probably stay here again because the location and layout of the townhome were great, but I would also look at other options first.

We truly enjoyed this well appointed townhouse for our Spring break visit. The host was amazing and had everything set for our arrival. The beach access was incredible too! We’ll be back!!!
