We had a great time skiing and Valeria was super helpful! The front desk staff does not speak english so be ready to practice your spanish. Bbq grill was broken - this might have been fixed by now. We were not grilling anyways but worth noting. We did lose wifi for one morning but we went skiing and it was on when we got back. There is no modem in the unit to reset, just a wifi mesh router/repeater. This was not Val's fault but worth noting. I recommend buying groceries in Santiago and if you need a van service from Santiago to the ski resorts, look up Manfred with Overlander South America Camper Services.

O apartamento é bem próximo ao mercado e (dependendo das condições climáticas) é possível fazer ski in/out. Acomoda 4 pessoas confortavelmente e a Valeria é super atenciosa, respondendo super rápido às necessidades. Ponto negativo para a zeladora, que não é muito bem humorada, mas mesmo assim acaba resolvendo o que precisa. Mercado caríssimo, recomendo levar compra toda de Santiago.

Muy bien equipado y cuidado departamento, limpio, lindo y con todas las comodidades para disfrutar del esquí sin ninguna preocupación! 100% recomendable nos quedaríamos felices de nuevo.

The apartment is great, served us very well. Secure, private, ski-in ski-out. Good shower, good living room, good kitchen (we cooked every day), good balcony, good closet, good beds, good heater, easy parking, locker for ski (plenty) and boots (for 2 pairs) storage. There is a private pre-entrance on the apartment with a bench to change shoes. The view is beautiful with sunset and looking at the resort. There is a convenience store right in front of the building. There were staff to secure and help us check-in which is super convenient.
