Nice place , a little small but good for a short stay.
Place was a minute walk to the beach! Super walkable & that was our favorite part. They had beach towels for us as well.
My wife and I stayed at Nikolay's studio for 10 days in April 2024. The location is perfect. Steps from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the main strip of restaurants and bars. The complex is quiet, clean, secure and well maintained. The pool area was nice, but we spent most of our time on the beach. There are security guards 24/7 at both the front gate and the beach access. All of the grounds staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment is quiet and clean and stocked with dishes etc. for use during your stay. The air conditioning works great. There is a very big shower with great water pressure and no issue with hot water supply. Nikolay was a great host. Clear instructions and passwords were provided. We reached out a couple of times with questions and received a response right away. Nikolay gave us a few suggestions on local activities and referred us to a driver. Everything worked out perfect. Would definitely stay again.
This place is in the best location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores, plenty of parking and easy access to the local bus. I had a really nice time by the pool and on the beach. I felt very safe with the security at the front and back of the facilities. I have to rate it 5/5. I would definitely stay here again if i find myself in cabarete
we liked the apartment but the right to the pool access of the pool in the photos was questioned by other guests

I've been living in Ocean Dream with my family for about sixteen years now and absolutely love it here. After having lived in many different places around the world, this is the first place that we have ever considered settling down. I enjoy running, hiking, camping, fishing, swimming, cooking, playing the drums, reading good books, beaching, working out, fixing things, or just spending quiet time at home.
