Michael and Anita were such wonderful hosts. They always kept the place clean and stocked with supplies which was such a nice bonus. Check in was so easy and they were very helpful and accommodating when I locked myself out of the apartment on accident. The location is very convenient in what is normally a very expensive part of Brooklyn. Great place!

Michael is a very responsible and helpful host. He always responsed to my questions. No one shared the bathroom in the corridor with me and I enjoyed a morning coffee at the garden. As the unit is along G line train and in the basement, I would hear the sound and the movement of the train when I was in the unit. It didn't bother me much as I always put on earplugs when sleeping. The major issue I had was there were hundreds of ants moving around inside the studio, plus live and dead bees in the basement corridor, about a dozen to 20 dead bees each day. I had to walk across them to go to the bathroom or into the studio. I took photos of the bees and ants and sent to Mike constantly. He had the cleaner come spraying and cleaning the unit. After 2 weeks, the situation was not improved. Mike had exterminator came on week 3 and found me another place to stay for 3 days. I moved back later but the ants were still there. Asked for his help to let me stay at other place for few days and he did

Michael was a great host during my month-long stay. Michael was very accommodating with an earlier check-in and was also very helpful when I ran into an issue with a cancelled flight. Michael checked in regularly and quickly addressed an issue I had regarding the external monitor set up and wifi access. The unit is accessible to the private mini gym, laundry, and backyard, and I don't think anyone else used the bathroom during my stay. The unit was right next to the G train which you could hear running at times, but it was not disruptive or loud at all and mostly was white noise. I was regularly out late and felt very safe coming back at night. I had a very easy time working remotely with regular Zoom calls, though note that wifi likely won't reach further into the backyard if you were considering working outside in nicer weather. Overall great value with a very helpful host and would highly recommend staying with Michael!

Michael was a great host. The space is private and clean with pretty much exclusive access to the basement bathroom.
