Marin und Matilda haben uns persönlich in Empfang genommen, zur Unterkunft, die im schönsten Teil,der Stadt Rab liegt, geführt und alles Wichtige zum Haus und Umgebung erklärt. Weiterhin bekamen wir eine Parkkarte,um direkt an der Marina etwa 2-3 Minuten Fussweg vom Haus entfernt parken zu können. Das Haus und die Ausstattung entsprechen 100 Prozent den Bildern und wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und dies auch von dem Gastgebern zu spüren bekommen. Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. A fabulous spot: a lovely shady courtyard with hammocks and a hot tub. It's in a heart of the old town, just a stones throw from lots of decent restaurants. The kitchen is small but makes very effective use of space, and there's also a barbecue. The living space inside is lovely, but we barely used it as we spent all our time outside in the courtyard! I'd really recommend this place if you want a nice base in Rab's old town, and expect to spend time "at home". The host also provided beach toys for our daughter which was great, as it meant we didn't need to bring those things.
Die Rectors Villa ist wahrlich eine Oase mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Rab. Das Haus und der wunderbare Wellnessgarten sind so sauber und gepflegt, als wäre es erst vor einer Woche eröffnet worden. Die Lage ist in der ruhigsten Ecke der Altstadt. Trotzdem ist der Strand nur 5min zu Fuß entfernt und Restaurants sind in direkter Nachbarschaft. Ein freier Parkplatz in Gehweite stand uns zur Verfügung. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
Amazing place, very nice old stone made house with new equipment and closed garden with yakuzzi and grill surrounded by high stonewalls in unexpectedly quiet place inside of city walls, on one side a few tens of meters to the small townsquare with nice seaview and a few stairs rigth to the beach, on the other side a few tens of meters to the centre of eventful beautiful old narrow streets. On the beach is very good bar with unusually good cusine, around the corner are two local bakeries and small supermarket, a little forward is every morning fish and seafood market. There are many others diverse sand, stone and pebbly beaches within easy reach by car or boat-taxi. Marin and Matilda are very friendly and helpful hosts always willing to assist or make recommendatin. Unforgettable stay, we all thank you very much for it.
Die Unterkunft liegt im Herzen von Rab und wurde liebevoll von den Besitzern hergerichtet. Es ist alles extrem sauber und sogar der Wirlpool hat für uns neues Wasser bekommen. Es hat alles super geklappt. Danke für die schöne Zeit die wir in eurer Unterkunft verbringen durften.

The bus station is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Additionally, both ferry ports are approximately 10 km from the city of Rab, offering convenient access to various destinations.
