Sarah is a lovely host. I felt completely welcome, relaxed and safe staying in her home - it could not have been better. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the whole flat is beautiful. Sarah and her daughter helped me navigate bus routes and were so friendly. I felt very lucky to have found Sarah's place, as I've had to make regular trips to Edinburgh for training and this was so much better than a Travelodge or 'pod'. I only wish I'd discovered Sarah's place sooner.

The room is beautiful, clean, full of light. The appartment is gorgeous, ideally located in peaceful Portobello a few minutes walk from the sea. Sarah and the girls have been so nice and welcoming, making me feel like at home. Warmly recommended!

Thanks to Sarah, her family and their accommodation my stay in Edinburgh was even more memorable! They made me feel welcomed and was all so nice. The flat is beautifully furnited, clean and full of light. Portobello is quiet district full of local stores, with good reach to city centre and of course right next to sea which is the best part. Would go back any minute :) Thank you!

sarah and her girls made me feel right at home! her flat was so warm and cozy and inviting. sarah was very responsive and accommodating with me as I came very late in the evening. she was checking in with me to make sure I was safe en route to the flat. she had breakfast options and offered dinner, and her girls helped me with some amenities (hair dryer and an iron for my clothes). the whole family was so lovely to talk to and I loved spending time chatting with them. the flat is very convenient as far as location and traveling into the city center. portobello itself was such a cute town with a nice beach! would definitely book with sarah again a million times💓

Sarah was one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure of staying with. I felt incredibly welcomed and safe in her space and home. With portobello beach only being a 5 minute walk away and with an easy bus ride to the centre, it felt like a little corner of bliss, in a very accessible area. A couple days before my arrival she mentioned that the room I was to stay in had a leak so she offered me her bedroom instead. I thought this was so kind and accommodating. Light gushes in the windows in the morning and the space has a really comforting feel to it. Sarah has a lovely, grounding energy and I really enjoyed getting to know her and her family. 🤍
