This is my second time choosing this accommodation, and I have no regret. It is close to MRT and within walking distance to Ximending and its surroundings. Hassle-free check-in and check-out with clear instructions. The bedroom room size is comfortable. The Host is responsive. The only downside for me is the shortage of hanging facilities in the bathroom and the noise from the aircon condenser.

Clean place at a very convenient location. Less than 5 min walk to the closest subway station, with lots of shops and restaurants around. Provide everything you need, but note that toothpaste and tooth brush are not provided. Interior is a bit dated and some broken items needed repair/replace, e.g. the clipper hanger is half broken, washing machine floods the balcony. Host was very responsive and provide needed information. Would be great if there are instructions on how to use the electronics. It took us a while to figure out how to turn on the TV (the remote didn't work and the main power was turned off). The only downside was that the building security night guard was very unfriendly. We were asked to check-in with the guard, where he passed us a paper to fill in our details without saying a word, then showed us a paper without mentioning that is instruction on how to get the key. He gave us this angry look every time we passed by, making us very uneasy. Good value for the stay.
