We really loved our stay. House is very clean, spacious and the caretaker was very helpful and approachable. We will surely recommend it to our friends. :)

Good things * The pre arrival communication was helpful and friendly * The house is just off the pan Philippine highway which connects you the the entire island * 300MBS super fast Wi-Fi * The house was super clean Bad Things * We felt judged at check in possibly because we had some kids with us but felt the house keeper mentioned things she wouldn’t to adult groups eg don’t sleep on the furniture because of dribbling and to not steal towels she also suggested to not use both kitchens. She mentioned that they previously had a gay couple stay …. Do you inform straight couples that you have other straight couples stay? * On our last night when we came to park the town refused to let us pass because they was having a meeting at the bottom of the ramp to the house so we had to carry 17 people’s worth of day out gear up a hill past the meeting * The CCTV was always moving so we felt like we was being watched

Maam Eva is very friendly & considerate , considering our number of occupants. the house is nice, we were able to sleep properly but the location is a bit tricky and car parking is kind’a small but overall very thankful for your friendliness :)
