Harry was AMAZING!!! He communicated quickly and was so helpful. The only major issue we had was no fault of Hotel Royal Oak's (or any staff). My husband and I were sleeping when we were woken up by four people standing right outside of room door being very loud and obnoxious (after quiet hours of 11pm to 7am). They left for a little while so we were able to fall back asleep, but then it happened again. Finally beyond frustrated, I sent a video of them being loud and staff sent security over there immediately and took care of it. We finally enjoyed sleep the rest of the night. Minor issues were the little single-cup Wolfgang Puck coffee maker had such a short cord that it had to be placed on the floor to brew a cup of coffee. Also noted was the rust covered shower curtain rod and paint missing along the entire length of the inside of the bathroom door; however, neither of these cosmetic issues affected how we enjoyed the staff. I only mention them because it's $200/night.

It’s remodeled and nice inside. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The shower was amazing and everything was great. It was a bit overpriced in my opinion. Still has the motel 7 vibe to be priced at $300.
