The bathroom shower screen needs updating and a lick of paint to freshen the place up too but other than that it was lovely

The apartment was top notch. Very well equipped and everything finished to a really high standard. My wife and I loved the fact that everything that we needed was on site. From bars and restaurants, to a shop and sports centre. It was like a living in gated community. We didn't need to contact Lucy but it was reassuring to know she was there if we needed any help.

From when we arrived for our midweek stay we immediately felt at home. Lucy left us a welcoming note, along with tea, coffee and biscuits for both us and our dog Milly. The apartment really is as nice as it looks in the photos. It is also in very nice, quiet surroundings, and is a short walk to the beach. We had a conversation with Lee on the telephone during which he recommended several pub/restaurants of which we visited one, The Foxhound in Flixton which had lovely food, and plenty of it. On our departure, unbeknown to us, we had left a phone charger. Lee phoned us to let us know and posted it back to us. Lee and Lucy were great hosts, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their apartment to anyone.

Great place, Lucy was very helpful and responded quickly with any queries. very easy checkin with lockbox. The place itself is everything I needed with full kitchen or if needed a pub and restaurant minutes away. The pass for the swimming pool and gym was a great bonus. The wifi was also fast.

Had a great 3 night break in this lovely , quiet apartment. Lucy & Lee were really helpful in offering a flexible check-in / out time too & recommendations for places to visit / eat. Really looking forward to a return trip soon.
