It was a great stay, all amenities you can really see how well the host has thought of everything, good to have microwave to heat up food etc and toaster. Only reservation was the area as many people passed and you can see them in passing due to the location, a few unsavoury characters however it as still a pleasant stay despite having concerns regarding the area.

Great place to stay for a short while. It may get a little cold inside, but the host has provided electric heaters, so I could not see the problem here at all :) It's simple, functional and tucked away from the main street noise. Room is tidy and organized. You will find what you may need during the stay. Price is very friendly and although not a 5 star hotel - it's well worth the money.

Property exactly as described. Very easy communication and access. Would certainly recommend and would stay again.

I was so surprised how nice it was all that we want in and more. Main shops were only short drive by so made thing easy. Tracy was very helpful and offered help if there was any thing we needed if there were and problems just to contact her which was very reassuring however we didn’t need anything . We would definitely go back when we visit Manchester again

I have stayed with Tracy on a number of occasions as part of my consultancy work in Lancashire. I keep returning. The accommodation has been perfect. Warm, comfortable, exceptionally clean and cosy. Great location in a lovely village/small town, with all the amenities and facilities you could wish for. I would highly recommend to others. Cameron
