Fun converted barn with lots of space! The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Bring socks or slippers since the ground floor is brick.

This is a great location and space to rent! We were in Monterey to visit someone at DLI. We were close to the base, close the downtown, close to everything. The neighbors were friendly and we loved meeting Kiki! We fit 6; 5 of us in the big room with the 2 beds and a blowup mattress, and one in the loft space. We were able cook and do laundry on site which is HUGE when you're traveling with kiddos! We thought no TV would be difficult for our kids but they loved it.

What a lovely unique and well decorated space! We felt like we stepped in to a place from a story-book. The garden out front was especially amazing and we loved being able to sit out there and listen to the birds chirp. We BBQed our last dinner and enjoyed the strong water pressure in the downstairs shower (like a lovely massage). The water can get very hot without waiting long, which we truly appreciated as well. I also appreciated all the notes/labels around the house, letting us know where key things were. Unfortunately I did have an allergic reaction to the animal dander which wasn't previously noted in the description, but Melinda handled everything great with understanding (and will be updating the description, if she hasn't already). The beds were not very comfortable, so we appreciated having the air mattress as an option. We left another queen size double high mattress as a gift/thank you.

A Beautiful place that is near downtown Monterey and the aquarium! Highly recommend. Melinda is very responsive to inquiries. We had a great time.

Wow! This is a cute place! Queen Elizabeth meets Roy Rogers!❤ Love the wonderful decorations throughout! Courtyard is an extra plus! Great amenities and full kitchen! Great views from the upper loft! Close to everything! A real gem!
