A good place to stay in a quiet corner of town

The location is great! Such a pretty, quiet, and safe neighborhood. The stay was fine; not horrible, but not the best either. My issue was with the cleanliness when I arrived. I’m not sure who lived before me in the room I rented, but I had to deal with small bugs for a week or so. The fridge was not clean on the inside, there were crumbs on the kitchen island, and the common bathroom was not clean. Besides the kitchen amenities, everything else was obviously cheaply bought and it shows. The best part for me was the neighborhood as it was really nice and quiet.

This place was exactly what I needed, a place to live for a couple months while I found a more permanent place to live in Visalia. Asana was responsive and accommodating—and she totally rescued me one day when I accidentally locked myself out of my bedroom! The house is brand-new, roomy, very modern, and immaculately cleaned. THANK YOU Asana!

Asana’s place was mostly as advertised. The house is clean, in a safe location, close to the hospital and it’s pretty quiet. The door is a smart lock and the bedroom doors have keys, so that was a plus. It’s somewhat cheaply furnished and decorated but it does have the basics. The appliances are new and the kitchen is great! Blackout curtains were a life saver. I stayed two months. Overall, I would stay again. Good value.
