Monica was easy to communicate with, very informative, friendly and helpful. Her place was very comfortable and well appointed, however the floors were a bit squeaky. It was well located in close approximation to restaurants, bars, and bodegas. One bar is directly across from the front of the apartment and so there is some noise late into the evening if you are an early to bed kind of person. It didn't really bother us. There are a of couple dumpsters across from the apartment that get emptied around 6 am that would wake us up but it didn't last long and most mornings we went right back to sleep. None of this is Monica's fault and would not keep us from coming back. We highly recommend a visit to Haro and wine tasting at the bodegas. Monica's place is perfect for that!

Mónica is a delightful host, friendly, very welcoming, enthusiastic about Haro and the Rioja region. The apartment is located on the top floor of a beautiful old, and nicely renovated, building. It was absolutely spotless, nicely furnished and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The location is excellent for exploring the town, discovering the many cafés and bars, as well as walking down to the Barrió de la Estación with its plethora of wineries. Mónica reacts very quickly to messages and is crystal clear in her communication.

Monica was a delight. She was willing to provide as much assistance as we needed (she even picked us up from the train station because rain was forecast) but also give us as much privacy as we wanted. The apartment was spotless and had all modern amenities. The balconies went all the way around the apartment to give a beautiful view of the mountains and the town. It could not have been a better experience or value.
