Nice house, great location, responsive and friendly host! We had an easy stay at David's house. Our dog loved having a snowy backyard to play frisbee. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable. I worked remotely during our trip and had a strong internet connection. Would stay here again.

This house was great for our stay! Three mi tire drive to downtown and local resturant a and bars. The house is a great deal and much larger than the photos appear. It was great for a quiet weekend away.

We rented David’s home twice this winter. The second time was for several weeks. I worked remotely during my stay, and as David assured, the internet speed was great. During our stay, David was always responsive and helpful anytime we reached out. The house is located perfectly for those who want to enjoy the town of Manchester and it is still close enough to ski Stratton or Bromely. We had our dogs with us, so the fenced in yard was perfect. The home is cozy and there is more than enough space for a family of four. A great value for the price. Thanks for having us!!

Great place, loads of space, super clean, and felt at home. Only issue is not a lot of hot water in master shower, had to run water a while which felt a little wasteful but otherwise great.

We loved our stay. We were a 5 minute drive to downtown which had great shops (we like used and vintage but the outlets are all there too) and food. We loved coming back to the cottage with cozy furniture, all the comforts of home and it was warm and quiet. We felt right at home and will look forward to visiting again.
