Ontzettend mooi uitzicht, goede en schone faciliteiten, snel reagerend en vriendelijk. We waren verrast dat er een gekko aanwezig was, maar volgens de hosts totaal onschuldig, verder geen last gehad van andere beestjes of iets dergelijks. Zeker een aanrader!

This is an absolutely amazing booking. Lisa and Stefano are fantastic hosts with great local recommendations. A perfect place to stay. The house is up a few flights of stairs, but don’t let that dissuade you. Once you get upstairs, the view from just about every window is fantastic. The terrace is a perfect place to start the day with a coffee and end it with a glass of wine. The air conditioned bedrooms are on separate floors with their own bathrooms just a few steps away. Settignano is a wonderfully quiet area to start and end the day. There is a small market open early in the day and a shop to grab a coffee. Not far from the square, La Capponcina di Settignano is a great place for dinner. Getting to and from Settignano is easy with the local bus and its app. Rides are €1.50 on the app and €2.50 in cash if you pay the driver. Be sure to stamp your ticket or activate your app ticket - the fare inspectors mean business and will fine you on the spot. 10/10. Would stay here again.
