Great host and a great place to stay in Birmingham - would certainly recommend

You get what you pay for. Secure entrance and clean apartment. Good communication from the host to ask how we wanted the bed configured (two singles or pushed to make a queen). Overall accommodation sheets, towels, and general cleanliness are all fine. I did suggest one of the Mattresses needed replacing as the springs on the edges are prominent - made for an uncomfortable night but if replaced would be fine. Would recommend if you want clean and convenient overnight stay. Another point. If you’re tall you may find it more uncomfortable as the apartment is set in the eaves.

Well what can I say from start to finish issues with this listing, I am not one to complain and in fact this is the first time however I was compelled to do so. The listing said 3 bedroom Apartment, it was essentially a 1 bed with a double bed, called and was told after making the booking that we had to request for a sofa bed to be made up! Secondly, no hot water, the host kindly face timed and proceeded to attempt to instruct me how to fix the problem (despite my efforts couldn't get it to work) then the heating despite showing on full was not in working order bearing in mind I had traveled with my pregnant sister for a funeral (which the host was aware prior to the booking) he then proceeded to say he pop down in a few hours but admitted to having a electrician on site before my arrival so may of left something turned off, agreed to provide full refund but then changed his mind 24 hours later after I checked out! thank god for Airbnb who sorted the issue out and issued full refund!

Really enjoyed our stay, lovely and clean. Host was perfect too, helped with our sleeping arrangements and made sure we was comfortable. Great all around
