It was beautiful to wake up to the sun streaming through the shutters and then to stand on the balcony and view the garden. I'll never forget that Easter morning. We loved the beautiful Art Nouveau tiles and stained glass – it's the kind of rare, extraordinary property I always hope to discover on AirBnB and Xavi could not have been more welcoming and responsive. We didn't mind the walk to the bathroom and relished the feeling of staying somewhere that felt authentically from a different age. (The kitchen reminded me of Monet's house in Giverny.) You need to take shower gel / soap etc with you, which we forgot, but Xavi kindly supplied on request, and we supplemented his bread and salad with our own cheese, for a lovely breakfast on the upstairs terrace. Thank you, Xavi, for your hospitality!

Great and truly unique place to stay! I was a bit sceptical before booking but I really liked the place and recommend it for everyone.

Het was een droom! Wát een bijzonder huis op een bijzondere plek! De wereld gaat aan je voorbij en je stapt terug in de tijd waar rust en schoonheid hand in hand gaan. We voelden ons heel erg thuis en we sluiten de ervaring én de bewoners in ons hart. Deze plek is niet te vangen in foto's, het is de beleving van er te zijn. Herre & Natasha, Nederland.

Stay was unreal! Such a magical place to be. We did have a rental car which helped a lot getting around town but could have stayed at the property all day. Very relaxing and everyone was so friendly. Near by towns and beaches are close and very nice! Beautiful stay and would recommend it to anyone! 10/10
