Great visit and opportunity to see such beautiful Virginia countryside and a working horse ranch at Dave’s and Becky’s home. Exceeded expectations - private, comfy, clean, quiet and serene! Hosts gracious and welcoming, would book again.
This was actually my first ever Airbnb stay, and I have no complaints -- beautiful location & great hosts! When I arrived, both Dave & Becky were home, so we all talked for a few minutes before I headed inside. The room & bathroom were clean and comfortable, and I liked the little touches like the welcome chalkboard on the door. I only stayed for one night/less than 24 hours, and wish I'd had more time to enjoy the property!

Dave and Becky live on the property. Becky is a competitive equestrian and all around bad-ass. She runs the farm, trains the animals (humans and horses) and ensures that things run as they are supposed to. Dave is an outgoing, outdoor enthusiast with a penchant for Art, music and yoga. He is an avid sailor, and loves to share or hear a story. Together we try to create peaceful, organized environment for ourselves and our guests. In our own travel, we love to sail, hit the southern US beaches or the mountains of Canada. During your stay, we are mostly hands off - we will make sure you have what you need, but want to provide you a launch pad to enjoy the surrounding area.
