Had to get my sister to pick up key from office as we couldn't get there until 9pm. A lock box would be better. Previous AirB and Bs have left Milk, Orange juice etc in fridge as a welcome present. This had none. We had to buy paper towels and sugar as there were only two sugar packages in emergency packet. You can really tell when a house is prepared by owner, verses one managed by agent. House was comfortable but was expecting more from a premium house and location. Not as good as 83 Forshore Dr where I stayed before. Deck needs painting and cleaning away of leaves, sticks etc. Likewise for balcony. Windows could be washed to enjoy view.

What an amazing place! Right on the water with a beach right in front at low tide. The views are fantastic and I think the place is brand new. The driveway is circular and the front door is generously wide providing easy access for the people and the things. The kitchen is huge and well appointed with a good flow to a very large outdoor entertainment area equipped with a huge BBQ. There is a dedicated TV room with another upstairs. A great place for two adults and four kids for example, with sea toys (bogie boards, kayaks etc) stowed in the huge two car garage. This would be an an awesome place for a family Christmas! A large dining table with brand new large leather sofas offers a very easy set up for pre-dinner drinks and the evening meal. If someone is looking for an absolute waterfront, brand new, large and well-appointed place, then this is the place. It's marvellous.
