The appartement was perfect for us during our 4 days stay. The appartement was clean and no problems getting in with the codes. Ikenna was quick to reply on my questions. Quiet place and close to the mall.

Great apartment clean tidy and a great host worth a stay here

As soon as we got to the flat, we noticed that there were several issues with its cleanliness. Dirty walls, couch, bedding, bathroom, dust in corners , headboards barely attached, and overall unclean. We immediately decided that we could not stay there and contacted the host. The host quickly responded, sent over a cleaner, but it was too much to be able to be taken care of. We requested a full refund and the host graciously accepted. The host was great, the flat was terrible.

This trip was booked as a business trip, that I booked for my colleagues. The property was dirty and in need of maintenance. Despite raising these issues politely and within the timeframes specified by Airbnb I was told by the host that they didn’t see what the issue was and that if I’d complained sooner they’d have given a full refund. Totally contradictory. Raised the issue including all the photos through Resolution Center, the host refused again so the issue was escalated to Airbnb and they honoured a refund. I wouldn’t book this property or use this host again.
