We have just returned from a week at Diane's amazing house. We had a fantastic time - Dianne has thought of everything. Usually with a rental I find there is something that niggles or is missing but not this time. The house was spotlessly clean, the sofa and beds were extremely comfortable, lovely bedding and towels. Lots of thoughtful touches such as a welcome basket and food in the freezer for late arrivals. Communication was top notch and Dianne was on hand via Whatsapp for any help or queries we had. The house itself was a stunning example of 60s architecture and is ideally located for touring Norwich and it's surroundings. Despite it's rural location it is only minutes from a Sainsburys superstore and the local pub serves fantastic food.

The house was very clean and comfortable.There were games for the everyone to play,the patio looked beautiful at night with the pond and the lights.We enjoyed.

A lovely place to stay, a comfortable clean home with beautiful and relaxing surroundings with great wildlife. Walking the grounds we found a baby deer hidden beneath a holly Bush.. The grandchildren fascinated by this baby deer and watched excitedly as the mother returned to her baby later in the day...Whilst visiting can strongly recommend a visit to Gressenhall farm and workhouse a fascinating journey through the story of rural Norwich...Weather wasn't great but the location of Plantation house more than made up for this.👍

We thoroughly enjoyed our family Christmas at Plantation House. Dianne had thought of every little detail to make sure we had a comfortable and memorable stay and had even put up a tree and wrapped little gifts for the children. She and the site Manager Mat are excellent hosts. The house is lovely and light and we saw bunnies running across the lawn. With all living spaces on one level, it works really well for a young family. The house has all the amenities you could want including a very powerful and refreshing shower! Although if we were staying any longer we would need access to a washing machine. Everything was clean, fresh and in its place. The area has horses nearby and is easy access to Norwich, the UEA sculpture park and beaches for seal spotting are a short drive. I imagine there is a lot to explore if visiting in the summer months. The only slight drawback for me personally (my husband didn't mind this at all) is the noise from the A47 that runs behind the house. It's constant, even on Christmas day. But of course, there is nothing the hosts could do about this and it wouldn't put me off staying here again. It was a perfect 'home-from-home'.

Plantation house is a really comfortable house, from the moment we arrived there we felt relaxed and at home. The couch and beds are so comfortable and having 2 dining tables is such a good idea for a family on holiday. It meant we could have one set up for games/puzzles or drawing and the other was always set ready for food. The outside space is lovely! The children thoroughly enjoyed exploring and looking for all the different signs of nature around us. Check in and check out were seamless. All correspondence from the owner and the grounds manager was perfect, direct and fully accurate. Longwater business Park is very close by, so although you feel like you are in a rural spot you actually have a supermarket and many other shops just 5 minutes. All in all we loved our stay there and would love to return at different times of the year to enjoy the different seasons at plantation house.
