Also on this level are a full bathroom, a bedroom with queen-sized bed, a spacious master suite with King-sized bed, SmartTV and a private bathroom with double jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and a huge wrap-around deck with a new gas grill and views of the surrounding forest. Upstairs is a spacious loft overlooking the living room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, pool table, and SmartTV, a large bedroom with a King bed, another large bedroom with a King-sized bed, and a full bathroom. Downstairs is a second living area with stone gas log fireplace, a full wet bar with fridge and dishwasher and coffeemaker, seating area, and a second deck overlooking the forest with a beautiful Jacuzzi-brand hot tub, a bedroom with a King bed, and a full bathroom. With 1,000 square feet of outdoor decks, you can relax and enjoy the quiet atmosphere outside and the views of the creek and forest. Enjoy the brand new firepit on the grounds below the cabin as well! Located near the Appalachian Ski Lodge in Blowing Rock, you can walk to the Lodge and it is also convenient to all other High Country attractions. Enjoy the fantastic views of the Appalachian Ski Mountain fireworks show on New Years Eve and July Fourth! This magnificent log home will not disappoint you! * 8 minutes to Main Street, Blowing Rock dining and shopping * 8 minutes to Tweetsie Railroad, Appalachian Ski Resort * 5 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway * 10 minutes to ASU and Boone Shopping and Dining * 30-45 minutes to Ski Beech, Sugar Mtn. Ski Resort, Hawknest Ski Resort, Linville Falls and Caverns, Grandfather Mountain, and convenient to every other High Country adventure. * 2 hours North of Asheville Additional Notes: - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. Firewood payment is collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. - The driveway can hold three cars. The home is accessed by a gravel road and the driveway is also gravel. - Owner monitors the exterior of the home with security cameras, but no interior or hot tubs are monitored. House Rules: • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • Pets are not allowed. Thank you for not bringing pets into the home. • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
