Judith’s room is simple and cute, providing everything you’d want from a studio apartment. Her family lives on site, providing her the ability to be flexible with arrival times and quickly respond to inquiries/issues as they arise. As is true of most places in this rejoin, water pressure is less than you’re likely accustomed to at home, as it’s gravity fed. That said, my shower was as hot as I wanted it to be. The kitchen was well equipped for one or two people (pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, cups). There were also a few items like cooking oil and table salt provided. The neighborhood is quaint and authentic with inexpensive and simple loncherias and taquerias within easy walking distance. Views of the Caribbean sunrise from the nearby cliffs is less than five minutes away. If you plan on visiting Playa Norte, the bus, taxis, and bikes are available.

Enjoyable, living locally. Our studio is located in the back and upstairs of the house, away from the busy street in front. Great location for grocery stores and small places to eat. There is a very nearby, although not self-service, laundry. Mostly mid-point on the island, so walking -which is what we do- north or south is pretty equidistant. The rental is less than a 3+ blocks’ distance (~10 minutes) to Isla Brewing Company: the 1 - if not the only - place on the island to get a draft beer that’s worth the money !!! We prefer not to use AC, which is available; the ceiling fan works well. However, 2 of the 4 windows could not be opened and only the bathroom window had a screen. Altogether, Judith’s place is highly recommended by us.

Perfect, just perfect. Has everything you need. For a simple suite, in an excellent location, (the Chedraui is around the corner) don’t hesitate. Clean, cool, and the host is wonderful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Judith. Kevin.

Loved Judith very much but the place is very inconvenient not a vacation spot.
