I arrived to the hotel in the morning, hours before check in but the staff very kindly made sure the room was ready much sooner. Billy and Eva were very helpful. I was given a tour of the room. The maid came to make sure the room was alright also. The room itself was basic but clean and completely spotless. Towels are provided but there was no soap of any kind including hand soap. There was a basic iron that didn't use steam but it's sufficient for a few items. The hotel is active but mainly visited by families and polite young people enjoying themselves. The doors are very effective at blocking noise and I managed to get a restful sleep during the day. The air conditioning unit was very efficient and easy to use - very important when visiting here. The location is beautiful as it looks straight on to the beach. It is about 5 minutes to the main strip which is beneficial if you want to get any sleep at all. Many travellers in other places complained they couldn't sleep. Last of all Eva, who seemed to do a bit of everything at the hotel, very kindly organised for me to get a transport by boat to Paxos on which we toured the caves and went swimming. I can't say just how helpful this was.
