Carl is an excellent host, providing a clean, quiet, spacious (for a downtown apartment) place to stay. It was so close to everything we wanted to see. Both the bus and the tunnelbana are also quite near. It is a short walk to the water as well. The rooms were comfortable and the outdoor area was especially nice to sit out in the evening. On-site laundry facility is a big bonus. Check in and out was easy and Carl was easily reachable by phone or text to answer any questions. I would definitely stay there again!

This is how Airbnb has started and how it should be: people renting out their apartment while they are staying somewhere else for the week. You can tell this is really the home of Carl and his family. Spacious apartment, quiet yet close to Gamla Stan and the city center. Carl is a friendly host who can tell you everything about his favorite places in Kungsholm.

Carl’s flat is beautiful, spacious and in an excellent location to enjoy many sites in central Stockholm. Our family of 4 had a great stay there for 7 days. Carl’s hospitality was outstanding and he is super accommodating. You can easily walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops nearby, and we walked over to Gamla Stan several times. Just an outstanding place to stay!

we enjoyed a one week stay at carls lovely flat as a family of four. The apartment is located in a nice area, with all the touristic sights and the central train and bus station in walking distance. There are also plenty of shops and little cafés around. The flat was perfectly clean when we got there, and even though we didnt get to know carl in person, the communication worked perfectly. The flat is also way more spacious than it looks on the pictures :)
