Very disappointed with property which was in disrepair: headboard broken with a sharp piece of wood poking out where my child slept; bathroom toilet broken upon our checkin and was never completely repaired (had to lift top of toilet tank and manually flush and seal the tank for next flush); closet door not attached and fell off upon opening it for the first time; master bathroom shower door fell off upon sliding it open (not properly installed); broken patio furniture (two chairs with ripped seats that were not safe to sit in; rotted patio post apparently used as an ash tray (half burned cigar still sitting inside, presumably from previous guest); broken toilet seat in guest bathroom; kitchen drawer stuck and would not open; handle to freezer on fridge completely missing, etc. I have pics to support all this. Location great but property was way overpriced and not safe as noted above, esp. if you have little kids.

Talk about LOCATION! We had considered taking our golf cart to lug around the kiddos, but no need. This condo was PERFECTLY located next to the pier and the heart of the city. You literally couldn’t get closer. Coffee, food, entertainment and ice cream all within 2-3 blocks. The beach access was perfect with a quick walk around the fence. I was worried it might be TOO close to all the activities and that it might be loud at night, but it was very quiet and peaceful! The kitchen and bathrooms could use a remodel, but it’s a rental, so I get it. The kitchen was the most well-stocked kitchen I’ve stayed in. They even had a kitchen aide mixer along with any dish you could imagine (including the little crab leg forks)! My ONLY suggestion would be a more comfortable couch, and some updated bathroom items (like master shower, vanities, tub) Host texted and emailed several times to make sure we had everything we needed. And we did. Super happy with this vacation. Wouldn’t change a thing!

Perfect location and spotless. Loved the decor and layout. Felt very spacious and had everything we needed. Will definitely book again.
