We had a great stay. The hosts were very responsive and even let us check in early with no issues. The place was spotless and very clean and inviting. It was very toddler friendly as we were here visiting with our 2-year old. They even had some toys and crayons. One detail to note is there was no bathtub even though the pictures showed one. They must have updated the bathroom. But we made it work. Overall a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay- very cute neighborhood and convenient to many local attractions. Lots of restaurants nearby. The place was quaint and charming and the hosts were welcoming and helpful.

Great stay - looks exactly like the photo and is quite spacious! Very quiet street/area with easy street parking. Only downside (which is no fault of the owners) is that the house isn’t well insulated so can be chilly if the temperature drops. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

What a beautiful home! I’ve stayed in many airbnbs in LA for the past 7 years for my work travels and this is my fave!! First of all it’s beautiful decorated (so cozy yet spacious!) and super clean! Cleanliness is so important for me. With all the thoughtful touches to the house, It truly felt like a home away from home. My boyfriend met Ti and Rich and they were so lovely, and responded quickly to any queries we had. I enjoyed cooking in their large kitchen too, with lots of condiments for my seasoning! Parking was also so easy, it was a quiet and safe neighbourhood and street where we would enjoy taking walks and jogs, with a park nearby. Would love to stay here again. Thank you Ti & Rich!
